The North Downs Branch of the HOC is currently inactive. I have resigned as branch secretary and nobody has stepped forward to take on the roll. Some months ago we lost our meeting place and it has not been possible to find a suitable replacement venue that is biker friendly, provides reliable food at sensible prices and is geographically acceptable to the branch catchment area.
If anybody is interested in organising this branch please contact Graham at gensec@hoc.org.uk

A shame that yet another HOC branch has gone to sleep. Meeting place issues aside, there won't be many branches left if the level of apathy keeps up...

But on a positive note, we've opened a new branch in Essex.

I'll have to move to somewhere there's a seriously active branch! Oxford perhaps...
