Missing keys for HISS ignition

Is it possible to get new keys for a 1999 CBR600F that has the Honda HISS ignition and any idea of the cost?  I am considering the purchase of a bike but the keys are missing.

Hi, don't quote in on this but i think you need the keys, the hiss ring and a new ecu but please do the research im no expert its just what i was told once, hope im wrong because it wont be cheap unless you can get a second hand one. good luck.
