help c70 1977

hi folks, i have joined your group to try and get help and advice for my parents.
Dad has a 1977 honda c70 in garage, it hasnt been driven for years and at present does not start.
it has had 2 owners including him, he bought in1979 and it now has 3000 miles on clock.
they want to sell it but im struggling to get an idea of the worth of it and whats best to do with it.  has anyone got any suggestions
