After going over the bike I have found a metal flexible stick under the bars with a square pad stuck under the headstock which is all connected to a block that can be plugged in to, under the seat .. I duno what it is so anyone with an idea would help..

What's a "Honda Owners Club bike" ?
Maybe a photograph might be better than your description...
Everyone knows Red VFRs are faster than any other colour.
