I have a VTR1000, which I bought new in 1997. Â It's a great bike, its been reliable and it does everything I want. Â However, I live in the part of London that will be included in the expanded ULEZ in October. Â I need to know the NOx emissions to see if I can continue to ride it.
I contacted Honda and they told me that they have no test data for pre 2002 bikes. Â The engines of the later bikes seem similar, so it would help me to know what the emissions of a post 2002 VTR1000 are. Â Then I can decide whether it is worth having the bike tested.
Does anyone know the NOx emissions of a post 2002 VTR1000?
